Fern Cottage is set over three floors and consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size, a third-floor double and a third-floor twin with family bathroom, plus a second-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture, communal, enclosed dog paddock and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4 miles, you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome (first dog is free of charge, with a £25 charge for the second dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Fern Cottage is a charming escape for your next retreat in Devon. The surfer's paradise of Woolacombe, with its long sandy beach is just 4 miles away and only 5 miles to the North is the coastal resort of Ilfracombe, with its pubs, clubs and great visitor attractions. The enchanting Exmoor National Park, with its rolling hills, wooded valleys, wild deer and pretty villages like Combe Martin, Lynmouth and Simonsbath enchants all who visit, whilst the wildlife and remote natural beauty leading from the high moor down to the sea attracts visitors from far and wide.
