Bookings are Friday to Friday in school holidays,thank you.Beautiful outlook over woolacombe/Mortehoe bay and surounding country side,modern,stylish open plan upstairs lounge kitchen diner with all mod cons, 2 down stairs bedrooms + pop up bed up stairs. pubs and takeaways up at Mortehoe village 10 minutes walking,5mins walk down to surf beach Combesgate,no pets ,thankyou.sleeps 4 guests,2 adults and 2 children.
including a Hot Tub.😉3 nights minimuma stay, thank you please only book Friday to Friday in school holidays thank you.if two children want to sleep separately they can sleep on a childs bed upstairs.no pets!! 2 double bedrooms down stairs.

Perfect Holiday Hideaway!

Absolutely gorgeous holiday property in a fantastic location! The house was modern & immaculate with everything we needed & more! Johnny the host was lovely & made us feel really welcome. The hot tub was a superb added bonus - especially after a great day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Tranquility at its best

Johnny was a superb host nothing to much trouble very informative , and the property’s location is absolutely amazing backs on to national trust woodland with picturesque sea views….. can’t wait to revisit

Beautiful place with stunning views

What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. Host was lovely and the property has a new hot tub - heaven!

The property was immaculate and was very clean. The views from the lounge were amazing looking out to sea and being amongst the hills it was very quiet. The hot tub was lovely especially after long walks, the little seating area to the rear of the property was also nice to sit at when the sun was shining. The host Jonny was really friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local areas. All three nearby beaches were great and highly recommend the Sri Lankan curry from Barricane Beach Cafe.

Fantastic, well equipped property with amazing views across the coastline. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Combesgate Beach and Woolacombe along the coastal path (avoids the very expensive parking). Mortehoe is also just a short walk either up the road or via the footpath over the hill behind the property. The hot tub was a real bonus to relax in after a day on the beach, or out walking.

Fantastic views

We loved the location of this property, being able to see the sea from the main window and the back drop of such beautiful green hills. Nearby village of Mortehoe has all sorts of options for eating out or takeaway and it was only a short walk to Barricane Beach where there is a great Sri Lankan curry cafe. We also loved having a hot tub!

Wonderful property with fabulous views overlooking the sea and coastal walks. Many thanks Johnny we really enjoyed meeting you and we’re amazed you had built it yourself. Really enjoyed the hot tub in all types of weather. Kitchen well equipped and the shower larger than the photos suggest. Enjoyed walk down to beach and cafe for Sri Lanka takeaway curry. Also Mortehoe Fish and Chip shop a must.

Lovely

This property is idyllic, bright, clean and very well equipped. The location is stunning tucked away yet only a few minute walk to lovely pubs, shops and of course the stunning coast line. Thanks to the host for his friendly welcome and for providing such a great place to stay

Wonderful family holiday at a great property.

The property was in a perfect location. Clean, tidy, nice and quiet. The house had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Johnny, the owner is fantastic. Really lovely and there to help if ever you need anything. If we go back to the area it would certainly be a property we’d look to book again.

Amazing family break away

Such a beautiful property in an outstanding location. We felt at home and even ended up extending our stay for an extra two nights. John was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice for the surrounding area. We highly recommend this property to others and we would defiantly come back. The beds are very comfy, the view is amazing and to top it off the hot tub is super relaxing. Thank you John!

Beautiful property

We had the best holiday! The property was flawless. It’s clean, modern and well equipped. We had everything we could need and more. The hot tub was a real perk. The host was so friendly and helpful, and quick to respond when contacted. The views are unbelievable, and we enjoyed our walks down to the beach. We would 100% want to come again, and definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing stay

What can we say? Well Quarryside Annexe was the most wonderful accommodation in the most stunning position...Johnny was the perfect host with information about the area and recommendations for local beaches and places to eat. The accommodation had everything we could have possibly needed...including a very welcome hot tub to relax in after busy days exploring the area...it was homely and comfortable with the most stunning views over the bay. Thank you Johnny for making your house the perfect stay!! 😁

Amazing Stay!

The property, views, and access to local amenities are fantastic. The house was amazing, well appointed, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The hot tub is brilliant and our kids loved spending the time in it after a full on day walking or at the beach. Johnny as a host is just one of those authentic people you meet in life, warm, friendly and an all round great guy that couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel welcome or share local knowledge. We had the best time, and it’s made some special memories for us as a family. Thank you Johnny, the trip exceeded our expectations in so many ways. All of the positive reviews are extremely well justified, and we’ll definitely be heading back!

Fantastic property in amazing location

Our family of four (with 2 boys aged 10 and 13) had a brilliant holiday staying in this lovely property in a stunning location. Our host Johnny was very warm and friendly, showing us around the property when we arrived and providing lots of local tips for our stay. The open plan kitchen and living area has fantastic views and was great to relax in the evening. The bedrooms and bathroom were all very clean and comfortable with good storage space. The hot tub was a great extra and a big favourite. The beaches in this area are magnificent and all within easy walking distance and the coastline walks to Morte Point and Bull Point were beautiful. The village of Morthoe is only a 10mins walk up the road with a great choice of pubs and places to eat. We will definitely be back again - we loved it!!
