Menorca Süd T2, 2 Schlafzimmer

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are particularly surprised by this review, as at no point during your stay did we receive any communication reporting cleanliness issues, ants, insects, or any other problem with the property. Had we been informed, we would have addressed the matter immediately and done everything possible to resolve it. The property is thoroughly cleaned and checked before every arrival. For this reason, it is difficult to understand the claim that the property was dirty when we were not given the opportunity to inspect the situation or take corrective action during your stay. Regarding the location, the surroundings of the property are clearly shown in the listing photographs and described in the property information, so these should not have come as a surprise at the time of booking. We fully respect that every guest may have different expectations and perceptions. However, we believe it is important to provide this clarification so that future guests can also have a complete and accurate picture of what occurred. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained property and an experience consistent with what is presented in our listing.

Thank you for being our guests. I hope you enjoyed your stay; it was a pleasure to host you. When you decide to return, we would be honoured to welcome you back.
