Porto Cervo, the house by the sea

The outdoor spaces of the house are designed to guarantee maximum comfort and relaxation: the covered verandas offer a perfect corner to enjoy the fresh air, while the wonderful communal garden with green lawn connects directly to the small beach below, creating an ideal environment for leisure and well-being.

Inside, the house is organized in a functional and welcoming way. It has a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own bathroom, a bedroom with single beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a further bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The house is also equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

The convenience of the house is accentuated by its proximity to the beach and the shared swimming pool, which is located just 50 meters away. The swimming pool, generally open from 1st June to 30th September, is an added value for those who want to relax and enjoy moments of leisure without straying too far from the house.

Guests will have the entire house at their disposal, being able to use not only the private spaces, but also the communal garden and the swimming pool adjacent to the beach.

Please note that the costs of supplying bed linen and towels, final cleaning and washing of the last linen are to be paid upon arrival, as they are not included in the cost of the rental.
