Summary:
First floor apartment with 2 bedrooms just a few minutes walk from central York. Sleeps up to 4 adults and has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, seating & dining area.
All our apartments are furnished & equipped to a high standard.
The apartments are in a quiet side street just off Bootham in central York.
You can walk to the centre of York along the beautiful, tree lined 18th Century Bootham street and be at York Minster within 10 minutes.

The Space:
Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartments are ideal for a group of friends or a small family to stay at enjoy a short break in York. They all come with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas, together with a TV.
Our two bedrooms are set up as doubles. You can have one bedroom set up as a twin room if you request this prior to your arrival.
Each of these apartments has two bathrooms. We provide a welcome pack for all our guests free of charge. This includes tea, fresh coffee and some locally made chocolates. There is also a small jug of fresh milk in your fridge. There is also a small washing up kit of a cloth, sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid. We also leave two dishwasher tablets as each apartment has a dishwasher.We provide all towels and bed sheets for your stay and some complimentary soaps, body wash and shampoo.If you want to do clothes washing we have two communal clothes washers and two dryers that are free to use.We have car parking available on site. We charge for this and you need to reserve a parking pass prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the exclusive Bootham area just outside the city walls. This is a great location as you avoid all the loud noise of being right in the city centre but you are also only a short walk away from all the attractions.
There are some great bars and restaurants just at the top of our street, and the stroll to the city centre is along Bootham, a beautiful tree lined street with large Georgian houses on either side.

Getting Around:
We have on street permit parking available. If you require this then get in touch and we will book you a place. There is a charge for this.
We are 900 metres from York Minster and several other attractions so you will be able to walk to the city from our apartments.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that to save our guests having to pay a damages deposit, we will validate your credit card prior to your check in. If you are arriving after our reception closes, you will need to call us to provide card details. We do not take any money from the card.
