The apartment is stunning, it’s like a 5 Star hotel , everything you need, warm cosy and clean, comfortable beds ,lovely fluffy towels it’s just perfect, this is the 2nd year we have stayed and it’s great The safe and locked car park is an added bonus and the check in is easy Thank you

Great location, easy walking distance to Minster, Shambles, Railway Station etc. York is always a great place to visit. The apartment is modern and well equipped even down to a portable air con unit as well as fans for those of us who prefer cold rooms to warm ones. Big bonus is having a parking space for the car. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment had everything that was needed. Incredibly well stocked kitchen...far better than any other we have stayed in. Nice add ons such as games and books. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication at all times. Easy to access.

This was a really well-appointed apartment in a great location for the city. Perfect for a weekend exploring and lovely to have somewhere to relax with plenty of space for a family of 4 including two sizeable teenagers. Our favorite stay in all of England!

My sister and I stayed in No. 35 for 3 nights during our 3 week vacation in Wales and England and it was the best place of our entire trip! Best decor and amenities, best parking, best beds, best showers with wonderful water pressure, best welcome and information for stay, cleanest, modern and inviting, and beautiful building and onsite grounds as well. It was hard to leave each day to explore the area and a joy to come back to each evening. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine accommodations at a great price for this much space.

Impeccably clean property, larger and brighter than it looked in photos. Everything in excellent working condition and with every amenity we could ask for. The ability to do laundry was so helpful, as was the parking spot in a city where parking is at a premium. Beautiful welcome basket and highly responsive host. We stayed in several places throughout the country on this trip and this was the best value — so much space and high quality amenities for the price.

Enjoyed this Beautiful apartment very much! Well appointed, clean, great showers, plenty hot water. We also were able to do laundry with provided pods. Great kitchen, very comfortable beds, clean linens. Many items were provided that aren't typical in bathroom, lots of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips. Great communication, detailed instructions on check in. Fantastic location, can walk to many great areas. We stayed in many places, and by far this was one of the best!

Upscale York Apartment

The apartment is a modern gem in a historic town. It was extremely clean and comfortable and just a short 15-minute walk from most attractions in the area. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but each bedroom is equipped with a high-power fan, and you can open the windows for greater air circulation. We stayed in July and I thought the temperature in the apartment was comfortable at night.

Great instructions sent on where to find keys and how to get into carpark. Really big allocated covered parking space. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Everything you could need including towels, handwash, toilet roll, washing up items, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, bodywash etc so no need to bring anything apart from your clothes. Really clean and spacious. There are 3 fans in the property but it is still quite a hot apartment. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Excellent apartment fantastic location

You could not fault the apartment or location .. But if you have any mobility issues then it may not be ideal . You need to be able use stairs to exit the complex onto the road or be able to walk a few hundred yards to pick up Taxi's etc . Very easy if you do not have any mobility problems. But if you are fit a then you are only minutes by foot to the Minister and the city centre

Cosy apartment

The 'How to Get There' instructions were confusing. We did find the apartment after going around all the roadworks and traffic lights three times! The apartment was extremely clean and had everything that we required. The twin beds are only 2ft 6", not your typical twin bed size so you have to be careful not to roll out! The weather was reasonably good for us but very glad it was not boiling hot as the apartment got very hot. We opened windows in the day and closed on the third night as we are not used to bins being collected so early in the mornings (4/5am) used the fans which helped a little. The shower and bathroom generally were fabulous. The apartment is very central and everything within walking distance and the private parking just great. I would definitely go back, but in cooler months.

Perfect apartment in a beautiful city.

The spacious accommodation with luxury touches. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and welcome pack. Central location is ideal to explore York but also how quiet it was to get a good night's sleep. The free car park space is also a rarity in York.
