The living area comprises of a large corner sofa, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table, 60” 4k Smart TV with basic Sky package and a woodburner. Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: Kingsize bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Double bedroom (first floor): Double bed with besides, a chest of drawers & built in wardrobe. Stunning views of the sea and over Northam Burrows

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
