Set on the beautiful Pentire Headland in Newquay, Headland View is an elegant property with sea views and plenty of space for that group escape. The house was built on duchy land under the supervision of Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall, reflecting the theme of a Cornish fishing village.
Inside, the property features solid oak flooring throughout, and has been tastefully designed and finished using high quality furnishings to reflect the colours of the sea whilst retaining the charm of a fisherman’s cottage. The bedrooms have been dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding for another touch of luxury. The stunning conservatory/dining room is a wonderful space for use in all weathers, and has bi-folding doors leading to the patio, hot tub and swim spa.
Outside, the spacious, enclosed gardens and sun deck surround the cottage, offering space to sunbathe and dine al fresco, making use of the Jamie Oliver swing barbecue, or unwind in the luxury elevated hot tub, with sea views. From the gardens you can take in the relaxing sounds of the sea lapping against the exposed coastline, and enjoy views over the sea.
If you’re in need of a little indulgence, the luxury hot tub will be a welcome sight when you step outside.
With the legendary Fistral Beach just 500 metres away, you’ll be from the front door to the sand within minutes, so you’ll be able to carry your surfboards, picnics or whatever you need for that day on the beach without needing to take the car. The Harbour Beach is just 1.3km away.
Whilst you’re in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the south west, Newquay Golf Course. For a special foodie treat, head to one of the exclusive restaurants in the area and indulge in some of the finest decadent delights the south west must offer.
This holiday home has a private pool, a garden and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is located 2.2km from Crantock Beach. Newquay Train Station is 2.4km away, while Truro Cathedral is 22km. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 9km from Headland Views. Ideal for families, walkers or just relaxing.

Luxury Swim Spa - Swim against the jets and benefit from its Hydrotherapy. Rowing exercises and water gymnastics available. The Luxury Swim Spa is available all year round. Please note: Wetsuits cannot be worn in the swim spa and please wash off all sand should you visit the beach before using the swim spa. Please also remove any sun cream, make up or fake tan before entering the swim spa. In the event of misuse, the water may need to be drained which may result in an additional charge.
The Pool and Spa will have two visits per week. These days are as follows:Saturday's 10amand Wednesday's 4pm - 5pm
Please make sure the pool and spa are not being used between these times. If chemicals are added to either pool or spa then they can not be used for at least an hour after.
For any pool or spa issues or if you notice the water starts to turn cloudy in either pool or spa please contact pool service Engineer on 077458332321
Please keep pool and spa covers on when not being used If left off for long Periods of time this will evaporate the chemicals in the water causing the water to go cloudy and may result in possible Pool and spa closure.
A Cornish hamper with local products is provided on arrival for each booking
Pets: Well behaved pets are welcome at Headland Views, providing they are not left alone in the property and are not allowed on any furniture or in any bedrooms. Under NO circumstances are pets allowed in the swim spa.
Electric Car Chargers - This property has two high quality, fast loading 22 kw 3 phase Zappi electric chargers for the use of any visitors.
Parking - Designated parking for one large car and one small car. Please be considerate to the neighbours when parking as not to block yourself in, park a large car on the right small on the left.
Headland Views - Now 70-80% self sufficient with the latest eco friendly technology. This includes a new boiler, smart thermostats, Solar Panels installed on the roof, two electric Zappi car chargers and a Tesla smart battery. The Solar Panels supply the house with power, including the Luxury Swim Spa, electric Zappi chargers and hot water by day and by night the Tesla battery supplies the house with electricity.
