Pengelly Farm Holiday cottages are four converted 250 year old farm buildings, set in a courtyard. Melyn is the largest of the cottages, with a patio area and BBQ, and a large enclosed garden.
Ideal for extended families holidaying together.
Situated 5 mins from the A30, all of the county is easily accessible.

Our family home for the past 5 years, this tastefully renovated barn is now on the holiday cottage rental market.
The large fenced lawn means children and pets are safe and can play to their hearts content. The patio area is equipped with rattan furniture and a BBQ, with a west facing aspect, so evening dining outside can benefit from the full evening sun, and you can watch the sunset.
The Hot tub is situated on an elevated area of the garden, will also capture the late evening sun, and when the sun goes down, an array of solar lighting will extend your relaxing time in the hot tub, well into the evening.
The conservatory you enter through is a spacious area, with dining for 6, and wicker furniture set around a TV. This gives a separate area for two families holidaying together.
The inside layout sees 3 large bedrooms downstairs , all ensuite, with two having access to the inner courtyard.
Upstairs the spacious theme continues, with a large open plan, vaulted ceiling kitchen, dining, living area. Here you have a further TV, complete with all the usual the Smart TV has to offer.
There is a wood burning stove, and we can provide wood at cost should you wish to snuggle up by the fire of an evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, American fridge freezer with ice making facilities….a further fridge and freezer situated under a large island, and a Rangemaster cooker with 6 gas burners, and two electric ovens.
The final bedroom is off the living area, with an ensuite shower room. This room is also a big room, and boasts a king size bed, and a sofa bed.

The barn was renovated in 2010, and was originally the corn mill (Melyn being Cornish for “mill”).
The original granite quoins and beams in the cottage are still present, and if you look carefully you can see the Roman numerals marked on the beams upstairs to match them together.

This house is not marketed on any letting agencies, as we aim to offer a personal, bespoke service.
