Villa Anga is a modern villa located in a residential area of Liscia di Vacca, between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, along the Costa Smeralda. Built with exposed local stone and paved entirely in Orosei marble, the villa reflects the typical architecture of the region. Furnished in a contemporary style, with neutral and fresh tones, it is spread over two independent levels connected by an external staircase, with five double bedrooms, five bathrooms and two large open space living areas, each with kitchen and sea view. Against the background of Mediterranean vegetation and the sea, the garden is paved and planted with olive and bougainvillea trees; the pool and shaded dining area provide a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation. The location is both panoramic and convenient, thanks to its proximity to restaurants, local shops, and numerous sandy beaches.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over two floors connected by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Access through a pedestrian gate and 11 steps from the private covered parking area to the solarium and the terrace with pool; large sliding glass door leading to the open space living area with living room, dining table and kitchen overlooking the pool; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; an additional single bed in a separate sleeping area accessible with four steps; an additional bathroom with shower; laundry. FIRST FLOOR — Access via 17 steps from the terrace with pool; open space living area with living room, dining table, ornamental fireplace and kitchen; large window with sea view with access to a panoramic terrace furnished with built-in barbecue and stone table; three double bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom (one with shower, one with bath and shower). Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a paved garden, finished in Orosei marble and planted with dry stone walls, olive trees, bougainvillea beds and Mediterranean vegetation. The sliding doors of the living area open directly onto the solarium and pool terrace, where a shaded dining area is furnished with a large table under a white painted wooden canopy. The upper terrace on the first floor includes a stone table and built-in barbecue, with panoramic sea views. At the entrance to the property there is a private parking area. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located next to the main entrance of the villa, adjacent to the solarium and the outdoor living area; rectangular in shape, measuring 8.5 x 4.5 m with a depth varying from 1.30 to 1.60 m; covered in Orosei marble and accessible from two steps on each side; salt purification system and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium, paved in Orosei marble, is furnished with sun loungers, ottomans, tables and outdoor shower; perimeter lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
