Charming and refined open space characterized by a magnificent private panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the medieval city walls from which to enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets!
Romantic and compact, it has a "great livability" in a unique position between sea, nature, sunsets in the middle of the history of Castelsardo: people, walls, houses, restaurants, shops and the typical stone streets of the medieval village, among the most beautiful in Italy.
The house is accessed through a building door and a flight of stairs (about 10 steps), the private door of the apartment is equipped with an electronic security code.
The apartment has just been renovated with value and style, is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, courtesy line, electronic entrance, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and Heaters, the laundry room is a common area dedicated in another building. The external terrace is equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The sleeping area has 1 double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, plates, crockery and appliances: microwave and refrigerator.

UNIQUE LOCATION:
The location is unique for "living the ancient village" while taking advantage of modern "commodities": wifi, television, electronic entrance, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating. Public parking is free and 20 meters away, the laundry is a dedicated common space in another building.
The sleeping area has 1 double bed. The kitchen is a separate room and is complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: microwave and refrigerator. The private outdoor terrace is equipped with furnishings such as table, chairs and deckchairs for your relaxation by the sea.

INSIDE THE ANCIENT VILLAGE:
In the historic center district you can breathe an air made special by the simple and hospitable people, ancient crafts, shops, thousand-year-old traditions and Christian rites that give emotions of a "real journey" that goes beyond the beauties of the sea.
The sea below takes on magnificent cobalt blue and emerald colors and can be reached via an ancient footpath. The beaches of the new village can always be reached on foot in a few minutes.
To eat there are countless restaurants a few steps from the house or you can prepare local land and fish delicacies that can be purchased directly from the greengrocer, fisherman, fresh pasta producer etc.

SEA IN CASTELSARDO: The sea is accessed via a short and fascinating walk along the medieval city walls (i.e. the path crossed by the Sentinels) which leads by crossing the Drawbridge to the sea cliff of "Guddinaccia" with magnificent cobalt blue colors and emerald (where the scenes of Walt Disney's "The Little Mermaid" film were filmed in 2023 with Javier Bardem, Halle Bayley, Johan Hauer). The beaches of Borgo Nuovo di Castelsardo can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The historic center of the medieval fortress of Castelsardo is much visited throughout the year but immersing yourself in its life, streets, inhabitants, crafts and traditions is a privilege for few.

SEA NEARBY: The position of the house is also strategic for reaching the most famous beaches of Lu Bagnu, Valledoria, Badesi, Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso as well as making excursions to Santa Teresa di Gallura, the Maddalena Archipelago, Stintino, Alghero and Porto Cervo .
The use of the car is recommended to reach them or alternatively public transport even if less efficient.

CASTELSARDO is a medieval fortress that stands on a promontory overlooking the sea dominated by the Doria castle. A village of houses and narrow streets known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy which extend downwards and meet with the magnificent Cathedral of S. Antonio Abate which, overlooking the sea, dominates the Gulf of Asinara.

CUISINE: The art of cooking genuine products from the sea and the land characterizes the village of Castelsardo. To eat? You are spoiled for choice with over 80 restaurants where you can enjoy the authentic flavors of Sardinian cuisine combined with excellently produced local wines that offer a unique emotional experience.

NATURE AND SEA: The north coast of Sardinia shows an immense expanse of landscapes and pristine beaches with a breathtaking view of the sea and a rare concentration of historic villages.

BEACHES: There is always a free beach even in August and tropical scenes among the most beautiful in Europe

For my guests, I have prepared a house manual and a travel advice manual and maps with my suggestions. You will find it in the house together with other official tourist maps, information etc.
