As you step inside, you`re greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere, amplified by tasteful decor that melds the old with the new. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a plush bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after your city explorations.
Free WiFi access and air conditioning/heating systems, contributing to a seamless stay.

Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a Smart TV (updated from photos) connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also just up the road is Valletta centre making all conveniences very easy to have especially for long terms.
Bedrooms| 1 Full king sized bedroom. The spacious bedroom is adorned with a plush bed, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after your city explorations.
Laundry| Washing machine available at our home.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Valletta also hosts numerous cultural events, art exhibitions, and music festivals throughout the year, adding to its lively and dynamic atmosphere.
With its rich history, picturesque streets, and a bustling yet relaxed vibe, Valletta offers visitors a truly immersive experience in the heart of Malta`s cultural and historical heritage.
While walking is the primary mode of transportation within Valletta, the city is well-connected by public transportation, including buses and ferries, making it convenient to access other parts of Malta from the main bus terminal at the city gate. Buses departing from Valletta serve various destinations across the island, allowing for easy exploration beyond the capital.
For those renting a car or using private transport, it`s important to note that parking in Valletta can be challenging, and certain areas are designated for residents only. Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
9. No additional guests who is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
