The duplex penthouse is centrally located in a lovingly newly restored building on one of the most picturesque streets in Valletta. It is fully furnished for your comfort, with a well-equipped kitchen for your home-cooked meals. The private terrace provides exceptional views of Grandharbour and Valletta rooftops. 3-5 minutes walk to all amenities and historical sites in Valletta. The penthouse is reached by a newly installed lift.
The duplex penthouse is self-catering which gives guests the possibility to experience a Maltese home and live like the locals. We provide guests with some basic necessities to be able to settle in comfortably. A supermarket for anything one may need is only a stone throw away and small family-run grocery stores are also found around the streets of Valletta. Our welcome booklet provides insider information for your stay, and an Emergency number is available.
The University of Malta Valletta, the European Parliament office and the Grandmaster's Palace are right outside the flat. St. John's Co-Cathedral is a five-minute walk away, and so is the Upper Barrakka Gardens with full views of Grandharbour and the Three Cities across the way.
A Pre-arrival welcome guidebook is sent to guests upon booking to help you prepare for your stay. We try to be as flexible as possible with check-in and check-out time. This depends on the time needed to prepare and properly sanitise the apartment for you. We provide a self check-in & check-out service in line with COVID social distancing measures as well as contact number for anything to do with the apartment during your stay.
Families are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are set up in the apartment when they are requested by guests.
The Main bedroom may be set up as a queensize (180cm wide) bed or as two single (90cm wide) beds as required. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps a maximum of two guests (140cm wide) and the sofa bed on the upper level (bedroom/living room) sleeps a maximum of 2 guests (140cm).
