Unser Apartment ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Selbstversorger-Urlaub auf Malta. Es befindet sich direkt außerhalb der Stadtmauer von Valletta, einer Weltkulturerbestadt. Alle Einrichtungen und Verkehrsverbindungen sind bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und eine große Dachterrasse, bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und ist komplett mit modernen, stilvollen Möbeln und brandneuen Geräten renoviert. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Doppelschlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Modernes und stilvolles Bad / Duschbad und ein zweites Gäste-WC.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, hell und luftig mit traditionellen maltesischen Elementen wie den rustikalen Holzläden an den Fenstern und Balkontüren. Es gibt eine separate TV-Lounge mit Kabel-TV und DVD-Player. Wir haben auch ein Kinderbett, das für Kleinkinder bis zu 2 Jahren geeignet ist. Ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.

Große Küche / Frühstücksraum mit viel Charakter (im Retro-Stil der 1950er Jahre) und einem Esstisch für sechs Personen, komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen / -brett. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Ihnen ein Willkommenspaket mit Tee-, Kaffee- und Sandwichzubereitungsprodukten zur Verfügung.

Der Balkon des Apartments ist klein, verfügt jedoch über einen schmiedeeisernen Tisch in Terrassengröße und zwei Stühle - perfekt für Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee. Die Dachterrasse ist jedoch sehr groß mit Orangenbäumen, Jasmin- und Bougainvillea-Pflanzen, einem großen Gartentisch und vier Stühlen, auf denen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen können, sowie zwei Sonnenliegen.

The caretaker manager met us and was very helpful. The flat was very spacious and beautifully furnished & dressed. It has fantastic views of Grand Harbour and is close to the Barraka lift which allows easier access to central Valletta. Also close to Gozo ferry.

The apartment has a wonderful view of the Grand Harbour. It was wonderful to see all the cruise ships passing by so close you could wave to the passengers.From the roof terrace you could listen to the music from the saluting battery at 12 and 4pm.The apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is functional but would benefit from a microwave for longer stays. A good washing machine was very usefulThere were problems with the heating not working in the bedrooms but two free standing heaters were provided..The location of the property is convenient for the Barraca lift and also the atmospheric eating venues on the steps, if one is fit enough!

This apartment exceeded expectations!! Amazing location right on the harbour just a few minutes walk from the gozo ferry and the centre of Valletta. Great size. We were a family of 5 adults but were very comfortable. Everything you needed was supplied and the host and caretaker looked after us and for a reasonable fee supplying food on arrival and organizing transport from the airport which was amazing. We were all so happy with our stay!

Comfortable beds and quiet! A delightfully large apartment with view over the harbour and small sunny balcony The brilliant Baraka lift very closeby for access to centre of Valletta or steps (but quite a few!). Ferries to Gozo and the Three Cities close by too.Taxi from (and back to) airport arranged by host Sandra worked a treat. No hesitation in fully recommending the flat.

We have just spent 3 nights here and wow - what a property! Our host arranged the taxi transfers for us and Sandra, the caretaker was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. We arranged with Sandra for some food for our arrival - milk, bread, cheese, tea/coffee etc. Property was very spacious, clean, good air-con, on a quiet road right near Victoria Gate. Only a few minutes walk to centre of Valleta. Lovely terrace to enjoy a drink on, and also access to a large roof terrace. The views are amazing and we would 100% recommend a stay in this apartment.

A well needed mini break!

We loved Malta and everything the area offered. The location of the property was excellent with easy access to the Three Cities and the ferry to Gozo as well as the fabulous Old Town. We certainly got our "steps" in!

But you can always use the Barrakka Lift around the corner- takes you straight up into Barrakka Gardens with no steps to climb at all. Glad you loved Malta and had a good time.

Great location!

The stay was great, once we got in!There was some miscommunication about what time we could arrive at the property, which caused a lot of angst because we had booked a full day tour based on what we had thought we had heard about the possibility of leaving our luggage early. After about an hour and some frantic texting, we got in, and it all worked out in the end! Very cute place and great location! Would definitely stay there again!!

Brilliant location

The view from the balcony over looking the harbour is just stunning. 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and right in the middle for all the attractions. Very spacious and clean. Plus lovely people to deal with.

Perfect location

In a quiet area, but just a short walk to all the action in town. Overlooks the Grand Harbor. Close to ferries to three cities and Gozo. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because the layout is a little choppy . The living room is small.

I suppose it is a bit odd to have two living rooms instead of using one of them as an extra bedroom, but the benefit, we feel, is trading more space for people to enjoy against bumping up the number of people we can accommodate at one time.
