Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. VillaMore is genuinely disappointed to see a 3-star review without any accompanying comments, as specific feedback is essential for us to investigate and improve. The villa is a consistently well-reviewed home with many happy returning guests and numerous 5-star ratings across several platforms, so we are keen to understand what fell short for you on this occasion. If any aspect of the house, housekeeping, or local support did not meet expectations, please share the details with us directly so we can address them promptly. We appreciate that weather can influence a holiday experience, though this is sadly outside our control; even so, our goal is always to ensure guests feel well cared for regardless of conditions. Kind regards, VillaMore Luxury Villa Rentals
