The allure of Vorto Luxury Villa II is impossible to ignore. The name Vorto, derives from the light breeze. The villa showcases exquisite architecture and design, offering a lifestyle of sheer indulgence. *The homeowner resides close to the villa, with own separate entrance and can be of assistance upon request.
*Vorto Luxury Villas is an iconic complex which includes three independent Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities, private entrances & pools. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked.

External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with extra fee) & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), the pool can be heated upon request & with an additional fee, also boasting in-pool Spa Whirlpool (four seater). The pool also offers a rainfall spa column (in one side) with hydromassage facilities for endless hours of relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ, with sink & mini fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

*A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

*Bonus - Family Friendly:
 For children's play time, the retreat also features a shared outdoor play area (with swings, seesaw, slide & picnic table) for our younger guests. In villa portable toys are also available.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms

This glamorous property meets luxury at its higher end and its most premium form. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities. This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 150m² indoor space. The lavish living-cum-dining spaces with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en suite bathrooms, plus a shared WC (with washing & drying machine), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, as well as two extra guests can be accommodated at the double sofa bed of the living room on the first floor. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.

Master Double Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), featuring en suite bathroom with open plan in-room bathtub with hydromassage facilities, shower & sink, Smart TV 40’’, lightened up with natural light by the large window • Double Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 40’’, access to balcony with comfy sitting • Twin Bedroom with two Single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined with top mattress to form a King Size bed upon request, en suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 40’’, access to balcony with comfy sitting. • Common area of the first floor : the living room offers a double sofa bed where two extra guests can be accommodated. 


Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, some Children toys, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
