We provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials for guests’ arrival, after which guests are kindly asked to purchase anything else they may need during their stay. Regarding the return transfer, as you already had the driver’s contact details, you simply needed to contact him directly to confirm your preferred pick-up time. We’re sorry that the new fan was not assembled sooner and understand that the unusually warm weather made the apartment uncomfortable. The property is not advertised as having air conditioning or as being wheelchair accessible. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments and will review the listing to ensure these details remain clear.
