With two inviting bedrooms equipped with AC, a warm living room, and a kitchen equipped with all the amenities necessary to prepare your meals, this space also offers a cozy balcony.
Just steps away from the beach and a myriad of points of interest, it is the ideal starting point to explore the wonders of this coastal city.
- Building
Apartment located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, situated in the historic center of the charming coastal town of Cascais. Just a 1-minute walk from Praia da Rainha and 5 minutes from the Cascais Citadel, an ancient fortress dating back to the 15th century, currently rehabilitated as a contemporary art center.
Access to the apartment is via steep and narrow stairs.
The street of the building is strictly pedestrian and comes to life with various restaurants, terraces, and local shops.
Due to commercial activity, the presence of terraces, and proximity to tourist spots, it is a bustling street, especially during the bathing season. Therefore, some exterior noise is to be expected.
- Living Room
Neutral tones, with some touches of color, make the living room an inviting space to relax at the end of a day of exploration. A compact yet comfortable room equipped with a sofa and TV.
- Dining Room
With a dining table for 4 people and large French windows that flood the space with natural light, opening onto a pleasant balcony with a dining table.
- Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with wardrobes and air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has three single beds.
- Bathroom
It has a bathroom with a shower.
- Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso machine (coffee not included), stove, oven, dishwasher and mini-fridge.
Note: Water heating is provided by a boiler. Therefore, we recommend paying attention to the duration of showers to ensure hot water is available for your entire group. When the tank is emptied, the equipment requires some time to restore the available hot water.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
