This stunning apartment is available to select guests and is only available when the owners are out of town at €4,750 to €8,750 per night. We sometimes have special last-minute rates if the owners make last-minute trips away.

PRIVATE STAYS

The 300 sqm apartment is ideal for a couple, a family, or a large group who want a luxurious Presidential Suite stay in a beautiful Paris apartment with lots of space.

The apartment is configured as a 3 bedroom apartment as standard accommodating 6 persons, however should you require a 4th bedroom enabling 8 persons to stay an additional space can be made available to you.

Please do contact us at your time of booking to let us know if you require 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Stay with us and pay a fraction of what is a fraction of what you would pay for a 3-bedroom suite in a nearby 5 Star Hotel for example Four Seasons where the price of the Presidential Suite would be over €25,000 per night. The building features an elevator there is also as well a luxurious staircase.

THE APARTMENT

The Famous George V Apartment offers luxury living in the heart of the Golden Triangle, located on Paris's world-famous Avenue George V, steps away from the Champs Elysees, Hermes, George V hotel, and La Maison Du Caviar.

The George V has 3 bedrooms (easily converted to 4 upon request) with 3 en-suite bathrooms guest powder room along with a spacious lounge featuring a 75-inch TV, a large chef's kitchen/dining area, and a separate dining room that can seat up to 8.

The George V creates a gracious and elegant setting perfect for any trip to Paris.

Allow me to walk you through the Apartment.

Located inside a quintessential Parisian Haussmann building, the spacious apartment is 300 sqm, featuring beautiful 4-meter-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural herringbone wooden floors, luxury Italian designer furniture, and modern Kitchen/ bathrooms.

Enter the main lobby of the building with two security doors and then head up to the apartment using either the elevator or a stunning staircase.

As you walk in the room opens to an entrance hall, our housekeeper will greet you with hot or cold lavender-scented towels to help you refresh and relax after your journey.

As you walk through the property on the right you will find the spacious lounge equipped with a 75-inch TV. Walking further you will find the dining room, perfect for entertaining with seating for up to 8 guests. From here you can enter the kitchen, fully equipped and recently modernized featuring a large American-style fridge and dining space for 8 people.

The Master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, a Super King-sized bed, a private balcony offering sweeping views of Avenue George V, and a private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a dressing room.

The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom offers two small double beds which can be configured as an extra super king and separate bathroom with shower.

A fourth bedroom can be configured upon request with a king-sized bed.

Architecturally designed and featured in fashion Magazines, the George V is Paris's premiere pad. This impressive apartment has exceptional attention to detail and spatial flow that makes this a remarkably elegant space. A home that is both a showplace & a retreat from this beautiful city.

We provide full daily housekeeping facilities with a daily charge (see below) and run the apartment with a five-star service in mind. If you have questions or would like to view or reserve the property, Please call us and we would be delighted to assist you.

We strictly only allow the number of guests you book to enter the building. We do not allow more guests to use the apartment without an additional event fee charge which is available to quote upon request.

The property is strictly nonsmoking, if you wish to smoke then we request that guests do so on the balcony.

DAILY CLEANING CHARGE

There is a fixed €90 charge for the daily maid service of 3 hours per day. This covers daily housekeeping & all linen and laundry charges at the Apartment.

If you require additional hours for shopping, cleaning clothes, or babysitting, this is available at €30 per hour.

The daily housekeeping fee is to be paid locally directly to the housekeeper at the end of your stay and covers 3 hours of cleaning each day. Please note, that there is no charge made for your check-in day, and your check-out day “deep clean” is provided by a team of cleaners and is already covered in the cleaning fee Paid when booking.

Housekeeping is normally conducted between 11 am – 2 pm. If you would like a different time please let her know when you check in.

If you could kindly leave it on the kitchen table before you leave the €90 per day housekeeping payment. You are not obligated to leave a gratuity, but if you have found the service excellent it is always really appreciated.

The George V apartment is just a 45-second walk from the famous Four Seasons George V Hotel. What better way to treat yourself than to indulge in a luxurious spa treatment at the hotel's spa and make full use of the indoor swimming pool and other amenities offered? We highly recommend a personalized massage starting from Euro 240 per person as the best way to relax and unwind after a busy day Shopping & sightseeing in Paris.

PRIVATE EVENTS / SHOOTS

The 300 sqm apartment is ideal for press events, business conferences, dinner parties, or shoots. However, this is not permitted for a standard booking.

If you intend to have any more than the number of guests you have booked for coming to the apartment (even just visiting) you must notify us at the time of booking to obtain event pricing or afterward to get a quote and authorization.

Photo shoots & Events

Costs start at €3000.00 per day for photo shoots / €5000 for video shoots and from €7,500 for events up to 20 persons to €25,000 for events up to 100 persons.

Events are classed as any time you require the apartment for the use of 8 or more guests. (This includes guests staying at the Apartment).

MINIMUM STAYS REQUIRED

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights at the apartment throughout the year. However, during the holiday times, the following minimum stays apply;

Thanksgiving- 7 Nights
Easter – Minimum 5 Nights
Christmas/New Year

Between the 20th and 27th December we require a minimum stay of 5 nights stay and between the 28th December and the 4th January we require a minimum of 5 nights stay.
