Cosy beachfront getaway in West Mersea- fishing, golf & swimming pool onsite

Peaceful getaway in this cosy caravan by the beachfront in Mersea with amenities such as fishing lakes, swimming pool, crazy golf, a driving range, restaurants, pubs and shops on site.
Recharge on a sunlounger on the beach or have a cup of tea on the decking watching the sunset. Or take a walk along the beach to the town of Mersea to explore the unique boutiques and seaside pubs and restaurant.
Just 20 minutes away from the historic town of Colchester, and just over an hour away from London.

Our beautiful caravan is located on the beachfront of Mersea with a lovely decking bathed in the sun and outdoor space for a BBQ.
My beloved electric piano is here to share with anyone who enjoys playing like I do. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven and an integrated fridge and freezer. There is also a kettle and a toaster.
This is a three-bedroom caravan with one double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in each small bedroom. All bedrooms together can host six people. The large sofa in the living room also opens to a double bed. Please kindly let me know if this can be needed and I can arrange bedding for this for an extra cost.
The large sofa and dining table can comfortably seat 6 people in the open-plan living room area.
There is one shower room with a toilet and one separate washroom with WC and a sink. Towels are supplied.
There is hot water and central heating throughout the caravan plus an electric fireplace in the living room.
You can park one car in front of the caravan and one along the side. All parking spaces in the main car park are also free to use.
Facilities on-site include four fishing lakes, an outdoor heated pool, crazy golf, an 18-hole pitch and putt golf course, a driving range, foot golf, a boating lake, bike hire, a family games room, a clubhouse, restaurants and pubs. There is also a self-serve laundry room in the park. Shared amenities in the park are open all year round, apart from the swimming pool which is open May to September.

Other things to note:

The trade-off for the tranquil beautiful setting is there is no Wifi and mobile phone signal is not strong, depending on the network. But once you are here, I am sure you will not miss it!

The island of Mersea can be cut off during high tide. High tides are twice daily and sometimes cover the Strood, the causeway road onto the island. If the tide is over 4.7m or higher, it will cover the road. Allow 30 mins either side of high tide. During high spring tide or strong wind, it can take up to 90 mins to go down.

Smoking is strictly not permitted in the caravan or on the decking.
