The villa accommodates up to 10 people, offering 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one open-space living and dining area.

This holiday home sits on 4002 square meters of land, with gardens, mature trees and olive trees under which one can enjoy a siesta on a hammock, or sit in different areas to lounge, read or play a board game.

When entering the house, a pleasant large foyer leads you to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, which allows for easy entertaining, while the north facing picture window draws you in like a magnet.

There are a total of five double bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor, the main bedroom offers a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom while the second, with a splendid view to wake up to, enjoys the use of the large family bathroom.

A separate laundry/utilities room completes the layout of the ground floor. On the first floor a very large attic space offers a spacious living area, with separate TV and reading areas, which opens out onto a north facing terrace, with a similarly exceptional view.

There are three more double bedrooms, a large shower room, with a separate toilet and extra hand basin.

It is ideally for a group of friends or a family that search for a secluded location to relax, surrounded by nature on the island of Rhodes.

Our nearest village Maritsa is known for its culinary delights. The villages of Pastida and Damatria will also not disappoint. These areas are all within a 10 minute radius from our home. Furthermore, Rhodes town and the Old Medieval Town are just 20 minutes drive away.

A rent-a-car is mandatory to reach the premises

While visiting this beautiful island, please rent a car and explore its many wonderful and pristine beaches. The nearest is at Kremasti, the town visible from the house and just a 10minute drive due north.

If you love sea sports then kite surfing is available on Kremasti beach, near the mobile kitchen of Alexandra, where sun beds with beach umbrellas are offered. Many beaches have restaurants or tavernas offering delicious and fresh local food.

Want something to eat that’s close by? Then you will not be disappointed at our nearest village Maritsa – the village known for its culinary delights. The next villages which are Pastida and Damatria are within a 10 minute radius from the holiday home.

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 10 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

Ich möchte Sie darüber informieren, dass Griechenland ab dem 01.01.2024 eine neue Kurtaxe für Besucher eingeführt hat, die für alle Arten der Vermietung von Unterkünften gilt.

Die derzeitige Übernachtungssteuer, den Gästen in Hotels und Villen berechnet wird, wurde durch eine neue „Klimakrisen-Resilienzgebühr“ ersetzt.
Dies bedeutet, dass die zusätzliche Tagesgebühr, die für Gäste bei Ankunft der Unterkunft anfällt, 10 Euro pro Tag per Villa beträgt. Dieser Betrag kann direkt an den Property Manager in bar gezahlt werden.

Die Einnahmen aus dieser Gebühr fließen in einen eigens eingerichteten Notfallfonds für Naturkatastrophen.
