As owner of the Petit Phare site, the Conservatoire du Littoral has undertaken major renovation work to bring the Longère into line with the requirements of the ecological transition.

La Longère has been renovated to meet the needs of the gîtes, but above all to respect the soul of this 300-year-old building.

Each flat has its own terrace (with furniture, barbecue, etc.), access to the garden and two nearby parking spaces.

Little is known about the origins of the Petit Phare's built heritage. However, the evidence provided by the Cassini maps, combined with the publication of postcards from the end of the 19th century, point to the presence of buildings in the area known as the lighthouse from the end of the 18th century.
