Fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, free WiFi and smart TV, making it perfect for tourist travelers and anyone looking for a home away from home.It is located just 15 km south of Olbia and attached to the tourist town of Porto San Paolo.The balcony overlooks the beautiful bay of Porto Istana and is equipped with a built-in barbecue and tables, benches, chairs and deckchairs for eating or just relaxing while contemplating the view.The living room features a large sofa area with Snart TV and an additional dining area.There are three bedrooms. Two with queen size bed and one with twin bed.One of the queen size bedrooms and the one with twin beds share a bathroom located in the corridor connecting the two rooms, while the other queen size bedroom has an internal bathroom.The large kitchen also leads to a rear patio equipped with an outdoor shower, kitchen and a locker with a washing machine.The apartment has a total of two queen size beds, two twin beds and two bathrooms.
