Welcome to Ayamonte, a beautiful city with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, beautiful beaches and a relaxed lifestyle. Located on the Guadiana River, opposite Portugal, the city has a lively harbour and a picturesque historic centre.

Here you can wander through narrow streets, enjoy local cuisine in cosy tapas bars and participate in traditional Spanish festivals. The city centre offers a variety of local shops, boutiques and restaurants.

## Transit

The property is approximately 70 kilometres from Faro Airport in Portugal and approximately 150 kilometres from Seville Airport, making reaching international and domestic flights easy. In addition, Ayamonte is well-connected to other towns and villages in the region via an extensive road network.

Limited public transport is available in the area, and a (rental) car is recommended.
