Beautiful villa, great location, lovely Carvoeiro.

We stayed here for 12 nights and couldn't be happier. Spacious inside and out, recently painted and good facilties. The dedicated bathroom to each bedroom was much apprecaited. Spectacular view and close to Carvoeiro town. Rear gate leads to small circle of bars and restaurants, ideal if you do not fancy the climb back from Carvoeiro town! The one issue we had was dealt with quickly and professionally. Great service! Your communication has been great. You dealt with the parasol issue very quickly. I am not sure what else you could have done - maybe the pool needed attention and more visits as it kept going cloudy, I do not think the filter was working properly.

The home is in a beautiful location overlooking the limestone cliffs. So near the town, ease of access to many restaurants. Access to cliff hikes out the door. Pool and outdoor spaces! There were a few cockroaches inside.

Pilates Retreat

This villa just got better as the 5 days went on. The location, view, cleanliness. A lot of space. All rooms en-suite. Several areas to do Pilates. So much so I have booked it for the next 2 retreats. Absolutely wonderful stay and I have been doing retreat in Portugal for 20 years. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location villa.

Location, villa, pool. It was well equipped in the kitchen. The terrace and the pool were in constant sun, and two sunshades were not enough. We struggled to find shade. The upstairs ensuite bedroom, without access to the balcony, smelt very badly of drains for the whole of the week.

Location was brilliant..The villa is definitely enough and excellent value for the money..Made the holiday Rear window of the top bedroom broken..And the travel cot is a extra cost..But is not a good standard

Fantastic location

Was here with the family. Brilliant location and great house with stunning ocean views and lots of space. Would definitely come back. Slight misunderstanding with the heated pool. We did not realise it needed 5 days to be heated up so sadly it was too cold for the 2 year old that was with us. Great stay overall though.

Great location & lovely layout inside and out.Amazing sea views and perfect spot for so many great restaurants and well stocked Spar shop just a short walk away.A few minor niggles mind, dishwasher trays missing rollers so the bottom tray crashed down when pulled out, wardrobe door hanging off in one room (so we removed it completely), shower tray not sealed properly in one en-suite so sand coming up from base. None of this was show stopping but we just felt the property could be better maintained for what we paid.

Wonderful villa in fantastic location

This is a wonderful villa, perfect for a family holiday. We were a group of 6 adults and two small children. We all had plenty of space indoors and out with some of us seeking shade at the covered dining table and chairs and some seeking sun in the pool or the plentiful loungers. The location is peaceful with gorgeous sea views but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Carvoeiro, 15 minutes uphill on the way back! There is a small handy Spar supermarket a couple of minutes walk away from the back gate. We also chose to do a larger shop at the Intermarche about 15 minutes drive away with an Uber, which wasn't expensive. The villa was given a thorough clean halfway through our 10 day stay and the bed linen and towels were changed. The pool was well maintained several times during our stay. My correspondence and interaction with Elite Rentals was excellent. We had the most special holiday, our family from the 2 year old to the 60 year old loved every minute. I would suggest that the lock on the pool gate is checked as it didn't seem to catch properly and the toilet door handle next to the ground floor twin bedroom was a bit loose but everything else was perfect for us.

Could be better

Your help was good. However for the price payed the owner need to spent money . The whole pool area need painting and replanting. At the moment it lets the whole villa down. So wouldnot recommend it.

Perfect Location for a chilled stay

What a beautiful villa this is with the most stunning view. Brilliantly equipped - the shed of dreams including all the pool inflatables you could wish for. Our group of 10 stayed here with adults, teenagers and young toddlers. So much space and everything you could need on hand for a really comfortable stay including a brilliant bbq set up. Walking distance down the hill to the centre with beach and plenty of nice restaurants. Also a great cocktail bar and more restaurants out back with a spar shop in close walking distance. The communication from Elite was always timely and professional. We didn’t bother hiring a car opting for airport transfers and Uber for getting around which was really easy. Would highly recommend.

öffentliche Müllcontainer vor und hinter dem Haus - Lärm bis 2 Uhr nachts !

Schönes Haus, fehlerhafte bzw. fehlende Angaben und Warnungen. Hauptkatastrophe: Die Müllcontainer werden regelmäßig von der Gastronomen bis zwei Uhr nachts mit einem Höllenlärm beschickt. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster wacht man auf. Dito beimMEntleeren, was ebenfalls in der Nacht ! oder Sonntag morgens um 7 passiert! Keine Doppelbetten vorhanden sondern nur französische bzw. Einzelbetten mit 12 cm Fuge! Eine Dusche defekt nur ZU heißes Wasse! Eine Duschablauf defekt, Gestank unerträglich. Beides wurde trotz Meldung nicht behoben. Spülmaschine wäscht nicht ordentlich.

Einfach nur fantastisch

Wir sind einfach nur angetan von diesem Ferienhaus. Es passte zum Inserat. Äußerst großzügig - größer als wir erwartet hatten. Auch wenn es mal ein kleines Problem gab - die Agentur hat sehr schnell geholfen. Und dass die Algarve einfach mal nur großartig ist, brauche ich wohl nicht zu erwähnen.

Gutes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil

Die Casa do sol hat eine unübertreffliche Lage, mit unverstelltem Blick auf das Meer, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Große Küche mit direktem Ausgang zum Pool, Terrassen und Grillecke. Gemütliche aber nicht plüschige Wohnzimmersitzecke. Schlafzimmer im hinteren Hausbereich im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss jeweils mit Bädern, so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr gute Lage zur Praia, aber ruhig! Wie immer, so gibt es auch hier zwar wenige aber notwendige Anmerkungen: In der Küche müssten dringend Geschirrspüler und Backofen ersetzt werden. Teilweise sind die Duschköpfe gebrochen. Die Playstation 2 funktioniert nicht. TV: nur wenige und ausschließlich englische Programme. Das sollte man im Angebot vermerken! Das Pool ist an den Stufen defekt und die Verletzungsgefahr dort erheblich. Aber, kritische Anmerkungen werden gut bearbeitet. Das Hausteam inkl. der Reinigungskraft, ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
