This beautiful 1-bedroom flat offers modern aesthetics, with a high-end finish. Quiet residential street, with easy access to renowned attractions, hip boutiques, great restaurants, and excellent transport links.
Sleeps 4: bedroom has a king-size bed (5ft) and sofa converts to a comfortable double. Bedroom gets the morning sun; the lounge and balcony get the afternoon and evening sun.
The space
The flat is a Georgian conversion, is situated on a very quiet Notting Hill street that gets no though traffic at all, so expect to get a very good nights sleep!
The living room - once the drawing room of a single family home, over a hundred years ago - has 14ft ceiling and huge original French windows flooding the room with lots of natural light. The French doors open onto a quiet private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or a glass of wine.
The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a blackout blind and lots of wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a full size bath tub with a step in shower over head. There is ample storage in the bathroom cabinet behind the mirror.
- The flat is one of just 3 in this beautiful old Georgian building so it is very secure.
- Pet-friendly! Dogs welcome for a one-time fee of £100.
- There is washer / dryer machine in the flat
- All necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay.
- The bedroom has a comfortable King size (US Queen).
- Extra pillows, and blankets are in the wardrobe.
- The kitchen has the cooking essentials, so you can prepare your own meals during your stay.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Unforeseen circumstances (weather, power outages, etc.) are non-refundable. Consider purchasing travel insurance for coverage.
- Host availability: 9am - 10pm via Airbnb messenger for any queries or assistance.
CHECK-IN is anytime after 4 PM
CHECK-OUT: is by 11 AM to allow for the home to be fully cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.

Press the left mirror in the bathroom and it will open to reveal a cabinet with ample storage. There you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
In the bedroom, the bedside lamps touch on and off simply by touching the base.
Tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen. Cleaning products are under the sink.
There is an iron and hair dryer in the bedroom wardrobe.
You will find an ironing board and a clothes dryer in the hall cupboard.
You will also find an umbrella and re-usable grocery bags in the hall cupboard, both of which are very useful in London!
The house manual will provide all sorts of delicious and fun recommendations for things to do and places to shop and eat upon booking.
Anything else, please just ask.
