Just 11 kilometers from the Masseria are the spectacular equipped beaches of the "Alimini", with clear waters and sand dunes even 12m high. Boat trips to the caves and guided visits to the most important monuments of the province are available. The city of Otranto is about 15 km away, at 10 km we find the Alimini lakes, at about 12 km the bay of Torre dell'Orso, at about 17 km Lecce, the capital of the Baroque.
Masseria Don Agostino, one of the oldest Masserie of Salento, is located in Martano a few minutes by car from Otranto and the enchanting beaches of Alimini.

The structure is located in the countryside of Grecìa Salentina, among olive trees, fruit trees and cultivated land, is 1.5 km from the town. The strategic position allows guests to totally relax, away from the stress of the outside world to fully experience the nature, scents and flavors of Salento.

The Masseria has 5 rooms equipped with every comfort: Paratura room (2 people), Ricamo room on the 1st floor with pool view (bookable for 2 people or 4 people), Antica Terra room (3 people), Sicalindia room and Pietraviva room (both for 2 people, can also be booked as a single solution for 4 people).

This Masseria has a swimming pool with hydromassage, private covered parking, WiFi connection in the common areas and many services on request and for a fee such as breakfast service, home cook, daily room cleaning.

The rooms are equipped with every comfort: flat screen TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, safe, some also have a comfortable seating area, bed linen and towels included.

Car and bike rental service on request. Other services on request and for a fee at the property: Cook at home - daily tidying up - Baby sitter service - Massage service - Extra cleaning.

The price includes:
housekeeping service once a week, staff for managing the greenery and cleaning the swimming pool, change of linen once a week, welcome basket, consumption, use of bicycles, wifi.
The price does not include:
Breakfast, additional beds and any other services on request and for a fee.

General conditions: To confirm the reservation we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer by forwarding the booking form. The balance of 70% of the price of the stay must be paid in two instalments: 35% 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation, and the remaining 35% on the day of check-in.

Security deposit: payment on the spot (deposit) to be paid on the spot upon arrival and refundable at the end of the stay, subject to verification of any damages.
