La Quiete is beautiful country mansion which belongs to a 2’000 sqm sized (ca) estate with olive
groves. Is lies on the hills between Lucca and Pisa, on a paromic spot with a private swimming pool
octagonal, built in earth, 8 x 5m, depth: 1.60m

The house is set out in the open and offers its guest the possibility to relax in complete privacy. Benefit from the stunning fenced garden und swimming pool which is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deck-chairs. There is a covered outdoor area with a table, chairs, barbeque and pizza oven for your dining al fresco. Enjoy the magnificent views.
Thanks to its ideal position you may organize stroll and/or mountainbike excursions to the surroundings. Discover the characteristic medival hamlets of Castelvecchio, Ruota, San Ginese di Compito, S. Andrea, San Giusto which are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
There are restaurants, country inns and pizzerias in the vicinity for lovers of the Tuscan cuisine. The fabulous springs of San Giuliano are reachable within 20 km and the wonderful beaches of the Versillia within 40km.
Da a day trip to the most important art cities of Tuscany: Lucca 15 km, Pisa 25km, Florence 60km or to the sea 35 km.

The owners offer guests a range of experiences and activities:

- Pizza evening (cooked in a wood-fired oven)

- Holistic ranch (massages and horse riding)
- Boat trip on the owners' boat to discover the Cinque Terre, Lerici and Portovenere on the Ligurian coast

The cost of each service will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis according to the specific requests of the guests.
Entrance on the ground floor: spacious entrance with fire-place, dining room, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, exit onto a covered outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and wood burning oven. Spacious living room with couches and upholstered chairs, fireplace, SAT-TV, big window-doors which create a bright ambiance. Views onto the garden and swimming pool.
1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (1.40m), 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet and basin.
1st floor: walk-through room with couch, exit onto a spacious terrace (80 sqm) equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas, 1 big double bedroom with exit onto the terrace, 1 bathroom with shower with steam nozzles, wc, bidet and basin. 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with wc, bidet and basin.
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin.

The house was renovated on a highend level with fine furnishings, fabrics and covers. WiFi is included. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms on the 1st floor, ceiling fan in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a baby bed, hairdryer in all bathrooms, SAT-TV. External room with washing machine. Parking within the grounds.

Security deposit: € 1'000.00 as security deposit on the credit card for any extra charge due of damage caused in the house. A credit card has to be provided at the check-in, on that the owners will take a pre-authorization as a guarantee until the 4th day after your check-out.

All additional costs, except the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The security deposit is to be paid BY CREDIT CARD, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
