Kitchen and dining

A modern, family-sized kitchen extensively equipped for group stays, including two dishwashers, tall fridge plus fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob and large oven, and a dining table for 12.

Living areas

Two bright reception rooms with comfortable seating. One is wheelchair accessible and includes the games area. The second is a more formal salon (accessed by five wide stone steps with handrails). Both rooms feature original fireplaces with log burners.

First floor: five bedrooms, including two en-suites, plus a family bathroom and separate WC

Each bedroom has excellent storage and views over the gardens and countryside.



Pool and gardens

Your private heated pool is 10m x 5m (1.5m deep), surrounded by lawns, patios and UV-rated shaded pergolas. Step-free access leads to the pool area, with Roman steps and a fixed handrail for easier entry. Sun loungers, parasols, feature lighting and an outdoor shower are provided. There’s also a wheelchair-friendly table tennis table and secure storage for bikes.

Set on the edge of a peaceful rural hamlet between the historic market towns of Surgères and Saint-Jean-d’Angély.
