Villa Helenita is a beautiful two-bedroom retreat on the West side of Playa Blanca. A short 20-minute walk away and you'll find an array of local Spanish restaurants, specialising in fresh seafood, takeaway grills, bars, and a local supermarket. With a sunny terracotta terrace, you can enjoy soaking up the sun all day long back at the villa. A great spot for alfresco dining, there's a large brick-built BBQ for lunchtime feasts of homemade tapas bites or magnificent paellas. There's a covered terrace for that spot of shade, and an indoor/outdoor dining room for your convenience. For that extra something special, there's a hot tub* and pool towels for your lazy days by the pool. 
Inside, the villa is homely with soft furnishings and comfy sofas, as well as a TV with access to multiple UK channels. There's a breakfast bar that looks out from the living room into the quaint kitchen, with wooden cabinets, oven, hob and a tall fridge-freezer. There are two bright and airy bedrooms in total. One double with ensuite, and a further twin room with access to a separate bathroom. 
For an adventure, why not head to the beach for the day, or enjoy an afternoon at Playa Blancas Aqualava Water Park.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. From the patio doors to the poolside, there is a small lip over the doorframe, alongside 1 step down. The terrace is open plan, and also contains a small artificial grass area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
