This charming 2-bedroom apartment in the historic center is located in front of Echegaray Theatre and will make you live a true Malaga experience to the fullest. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.

You will have a fully equipped holiday rental and a wide variety of bars, shops, and restaurants accessible on foot.

The entrance of the apartment leads to the living room and a kitchen with a dining area.

There are a sofa, a dining table for 4 people, a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, and a washing machine.

Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is facing the street and another one is facing the inner patio.

We have AC and heating. Located on the 1st floor in a building with elevator.

You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. Make yourself at home.

The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:

- 1 minute on foot from Picasso Museum.
- 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral.
- 3 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced.
- 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle.
- 12 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach.

A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest bus and taxi stops (with more than 13 different buses) are just a few minutes away at Plaza de la Marina. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.

There are several parking lots nearby, the closest ones, Parking Granados and Parking Tejón, are 2 and 4 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.

ATTENTION: There is a nightclub in the area therefore you may be disturbed with some noise during weekends.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
