Spacieuse house in a beautiful area. Excellent service from the Solhabitat team Double beds are on the small side. We really missed a vacuüm cleaner.

Luxury in Moroira

Had a wonderful week away in El Portet. Enjoyed lazy days round the pool with the amazing views, or spent days on the small beach. Close to some wonderful restaurants as well. Didn’t have access to the cleaning cupboard, so when we split something in the lounge didn’t have access to a mop, which seemed strange!

Perfect Villa

The villa layout, inside and out was perfect. The pool was clean and where the children spent most of the week! We were 4 adults and 2 children and had a fantastic week at the villa. Very glad we hired a car as the villa is up a steep hill and with two toddlers and an OAP was no possible to walk into Portet. Nothing you can improve - the steep hill that we didn’t realise was as steep when we booked is what took it down to a 4 instead of a 5!

Dear Genna, Thank you very much for your kind message and for sharing your experience at the villa. We’re truly pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay, and that the layout and pool suited your needs so well — it sounds like the children had a wonderful time! We also appreciate your feedback regarding the location. Indeed, the villa's elevated position offers beautiful views, but we understand that the steep access can be challenging, especially with toddlerselderly guests. We’ll make sure to highlight this aspect more clearly for future guests so expectations are aligned from the beginning. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and we hope to welcome you again in the future — perhaps in one of our more centrally located properties. Warm regards, Solhabitat Team

Amazing stay in a dream Villa!

Our experience at this villa was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The chalet is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. What we enjoyed the most was the garden and the pool, the house is equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to small details that made our stay much more comfortable. Solhabitat service was excellent and always helpful. 100% recommended for a perfect vacation! The pool got dirty due to a storm, but Solhabitat staff immediately notified the maintenance team and they came the same day to fix it.

Villa in El Portet

The Villa is ideally situated 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach in El Portet. The area is very quiet. You can walk into Moraira in 30 minutes or drive there in less than 10. Moraira is lovely, packet with fantastic places to eat, with views over the ocean. The villa is spacious inside and out. It’s gated ,air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is big with an open plan dinning area. The patio area has been increased since last year, there’s plenty of space to BBQ and sit outside. There’s a bar outside as well. We loved the pool. It was plenty big enough and I think 6 sunbeds along its side. It probably needs a lick of paint inside and out. The pool net needs replacing. It would be nice if there was 4 fold away sunbeds/ chairs you could use to take to the beach. I think the kitchen utensils need improving. Better mattresses and pillows on the beds. They are very soft. I think the staff in your office are very good. Obviously I had a couple of problems during my stay, but your staff were really helpful, Claudia, Maria and Dario I think were the people who helped me. Look forward to coming next year
