Town: In the village there’s a pub, along with views over the Burren, in the area there’s walking routes. Within reach is Lisdoonvarna, home to the Spa Wells Health Centre, pubs, shops and restaurants. Ennis is also within driving distance with its narrow streets, market square, shops and restaurants. Other attractions are the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren National Park. Carron is an ideal base for exploring this part of County Clare. Both the nearest beach and Wild Atlantic way are 7 miles away. Further afield it is possible to reach Galway (28 miles) or Dublin (162 miles) and it is only 30 miles to Shannon Airport.
