LE MOULIN | HIP CHALETS

This is Le Moulin - one of our largest property in the Hip Chalets collection, offering highly exclusive accommodation.

With several sumptuous social areas , this large and beautifully laid out chalet will entertain groups from 12 up to 22 guests with ease. The chalet is just as intimate and cosy as it is spectacular and sumptuous, thanks to its clever design and layout.

Le Moulin - an old mill as its name suggests - was built and decorated by the valley's most sought-after artisans, and every aspect of the chalet has been finished with perfection and attention.

Le Moulin is located in the picturesque village of Les Tines, a short distance from the ski slopes and close to beautiful picturesque walks, not forgetting the stunning views of Mont Blanc from the sunny terraces and garden. The Tines TER station is located just 400 meters from the chalet.

Le Moulin can also be combined with its sister chalet Petit Moulin, offering capacity for up to 26 people in total between the two properties.

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 suites with shared bathrooms.

The Garden Level has a large Master Suite with open bathroom, a beautiful claw-foot bathtub and access to the garden.

In the basement there is a twin bedroom with private bathroom, a large bedroom with 5 bunk beds for children or teenagers (10 beds in total).

The Moulin has a beautiful reception with bay windows and views of Mont Blanc, a large fully equipped American kitchen, a dining area with AGA stove, a large island and access to the sunny balcony with views on Mont Blanc.

​There is a large and magnificent dining and living room with contemporary fireplace, large sofas and plenty of space to relax.

The Mezzanine has a television with games. There is also a bar, an entertainment room, a cinema room and a sauna with massage area. You will also find a beautiful wine cellar.

Le Moulin is equipped with a sunny balcony with a view of Mont Blanc, sofas and armchairs, an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and an outdoor jacuzzi.

It has parking and is located in a charming village location with panoramic views of the forested mountains and hills.

The entrance hall has a ski room and boot warmer. You will also find a SKY TV, Playstation, table tennis, BOSE home cinema system and a security surveillance and alarm system.

Les Tines is only a short drive from the center of Chamonix, or 10 minutes by bike in summer.

The main ski lifts are at:

La Flegere - Brevent - 3 minutes by car
Les Grands Montets - 5 minutes by car
The Tour - 10 minutes by car
Les Houches - 15 minutes by car

and the cross-country ski trails are right next to the chalet.
