The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to The Depot, a stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Ancoats district. The property features a spacious duplex layout, a full-size pool table, and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, offering a fantastic base for groups exploring one of the UK's most exciting cities. This apartment sleeps up to 12 guests.
Please be aware that The Depot is a duplex apartment, with stairs leading to the bedrooms and main bathroom. There is no elevator within the apartment itself, though our team is available to assist guests with mobility needs. As this property is located within a city centre apartment block, please be aware there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants.
Kitchen & dining area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washer/dryer, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a 10-seater dining table, perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar with 4 additional bar stools - this space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business. Cleaning supplies include washing-up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and 2 bin liners.
Bedrooms
There are 3 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds and plenty of storage, including walk-in closet, closet, and wardrobe options. Towels, hairdryers, fans, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Cotton bed linens are included throughout.
Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suites. The family bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, while the master bedroom on the ground floor includes a bathtub. The downstairs en-suite also has a walk-in rainfall shower. Bath towels and hand towels are provided, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in each bathroom.
Living area
The living area is built for unwinding and entertaining. Sink into the large custom-built sofa in front of a 75-inch flat-screen TV with Sky Cable, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access. The full-size pool table adds a fun social focal point - please refrain from placing drinks on the table. A dedicated workspace is also available in this communal area, making The Depot a practical choice for those travelling on business.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 12 guests. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. The Depot is located in Manchester's city centre district of Ancoats, placing you moments from the iconic Northern Quarter. Manchester's central bar and retail district is within walking distance, and you'll find boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, and a lively nightlife scene right on your doorstep. Popular attractions including Piccadilly Gardens, the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, Band on the Wall, Manchester Arndale, Frog and Bucket Comedy Club, and Breakout Manchester are all just minutes away. A public car park is located next to the property.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

There is a public car park located on Cable Street - charges may apply. For more details on parking, please refer to your Guest Pass. Your Guest Pass link can be found in your booking confirmation email. Manchester Piccadilly Station is a 5-10 minute taxi away, or a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The closest metrolink station is Piccadilly Gardens.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is located on the ground floor, however, you will need to descend the stairs inside the property to access the living area, games room, and downstairs bedroom. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website.
