This modern apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms and a bright open-plan living space, right on Manchester’s iconic Canal Street. Whether you're here for the nightlife, shopping or culture, everything is just steps away – from Piccadilly Station to the Northern Quarter.
The Space:
LOCATION:
You won’t get a more central location that ours, we’re right in the heart of Manchester on the famous Canal Street. Our closest train station is Piccadilly train station and it’s only 5 minutes walk) away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is also just 5 minutes walk away at Piccadilly Gardens tram stop.
PARKING:
There’s parking right behind us which is £16 per day

This is attached to bedroom 2, full bathroom including bath tub.
LIVING ROOM:
Relax on our super comfy corner sofa and another 3 seater sofa, whilst watching our Smart TV.
WIFI:
We have superfast Wifi so you’ll be able to stream until your hearts are content
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook (tea and coffee provided). Plus we have a Nespresso Coffee Machine
DINING AREA:
Even if you’re not cooking there’s space to eat your takeaway! Our table sits 8
GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.
GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.

Nestled in the heart of Manchester's Iconic Gay Village (Canal Street) you'll find a host of shops, restaurants and bars literally on your doorstop, you really are in the centre of the action, nightlife and city vibes in this beautiful home.
Getting Around:
There are various Metrolink stops close by as well being located a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Station, it's very easy to hop around the city from our home.
Interaction with Guests:
We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. You can conveniently check yourself in meaning no stress with arrival times. You'll receive key information like WIFI codes and a check in guide prior to your arrival along with our invaluable WELCOME GUIDE: Here we recommend all our favourite places to eat, drink, shop & visit. We've thoroughly enjoyed testing out the restaurants and tourist attractions and are so happy people love our suggestions too :)
