Perfect place in a perfect location

Our stay was fantastic. The balconies really make the stay perfect for unwinding and enjoying a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. A perfect location! Clean, easy to access and the elevator was a huge plus! Our family of four were very comfortable here.

Clean and neat throughout. Location is the biggest plus. Excellent view from the rooftop porch. Quite close to the train station. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep and have coffee in the morning outside. Management responded quickly to any questions and concerns.

Amazing Location

Sitting on the Terrace watching the traffic on the Grand Canal was fantastic. You do need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs but that’s what gives you the spectacular views . Would stay there again.

Great property with great location and great views. The servicing company is very responsive and took care of small quirks right away. Ideal for traveling by train as it is just steps away from the station. Great Air-conditioning for this hot summer. It technically has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds as the listing might be a bit confusing. But once again the views on the canal are fantastic. Was extremely happy with my choice.

Owner responded to messages quickly. Info on location was shared early and was clear. Perfect location to train. As the description wrote, it does require one fight of stairs, but totally worth it.Allowing us to drop off bags early was such a blessing. Place was clean and comfortable. Views were wonderful. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Can't beat the views of the Grand Canal on one terrace of the apartment and the city rooftop views from the other. It really was a spectacular view and apartment. The front bathroom had a mildew smell, which the owners said they were working on, but with the master bedroom bathroom, our family was fine using a single bathroom. The location of this was right past the first bridge across from Santa Lucia train station, so if you are traveling with big bags, this is a prime location. Great home base to start your walk every day you're in Venice!!

Siamo davvero felici che tu abbia apprezzato la vista sul Canal Grande e sui tetti di Venezia: è uno degli aspetti che rendono l’appartamento davvero unico, e siamo lieti che l’abbiate trovato spettacolare. Ti ringraziamo anche per aver segnalato il dettaglio relativo al bagno principale, siamo intervenuti e abbiamo risolto definitivamente il problema. Ci fa comunque molto piacere sapere che la presenza del bagno en-suite abbia garantito un soggiorno confortevole per la tua famiglia. Speriamo davvero di potervi ospitare di nuovo presto!

The property is so close to train and bus station and many dining choices. The view from the Terrace is very very nice, can see the canal, the bridge, the train station. The cafe downstairs has live music at night, beautiful! The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Only if there is an air conditioner in the second bedroom would be the best, (it was quite hot without, thank you host for providing a fan) The property actually located on the 5th floor, elevator only goes up to 4th floor, please walk another floor of stairs up to the right unit. The elevator is the best, rarely finds in Venice. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Venice in the future.
