Cas Buc - Villa with pool just steps from the sea

Cas Buc is a single-storey villa situated in Cala Blanca, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea.

The main entrance is via the side porch, which leads into the living room – a spacious, light-filled room with a sofa, a television and a dining table with chairs.

The living room opens directly onto the kitchen, which is spacious, fully equipped and overlooks the swimming pool, making it a very pleasant space for everyday use.
The living room also leads to the sleeping area, where the three bedrooms are located: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have windows facing the outside. The master bedroom and one of the bedrooms with twin beds are air-conditioned, while the third bedroom has a ceiling fan. This combination ensures a comfortable stay year-round. There is also a full bathroom with a shower in this area.
This area also features a fully fitted bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the villa has an entrance porch with a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor toilet with a cold-water shower, designed for use by the pool or in the barbecue area.

At the front of the property is the private swimming pool with sun loungers, a small chill-out area and a stone barbecue equipped with a sink, worktop and utensils for comfortable outdoor cooking.

There is free parking available in the vicinity of the villa.

SERVICES

- The house has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- To keep the swimming pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet and take place solely in the outdoor areas.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory for all guests to complete online check-in and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the property, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require any advice, we will be available and delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €600 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome pack containing basic cleaning products for the kitchen, toilet paper and bin bags on arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor and some features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

Cala Blanca is a convenient area to explore both on foot and by car. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance of the villa, making it easy to manage many day-to-day activities without the need for transport.

Ciutadella is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a wide variety of shops, markets, bars and restaurants, as well as its charming historic centre and harbour, perfect for a stroll at any time of day.

During the high season, bus services connect Cala Blanca with Ciutadella and other nearby areas. Timetables may vary depending on the time of year, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
