Welcome to Towan House, a large chapel conversion located in the heart of the popular town Newquay. One of three exquisitely crafted holiday properties in the chapel, the property has been lovingly crafted with sophisticated interiors while still preserving the charm of its original features.



As you enter the property, three spacious bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with their own smart TV. A separate bathroom with a bespoke river rock stone sink is situated on the ground floor, you'll also find a lavishly decorated large shower room with a 1.6-metre-wide shower enclosure, WC, and a luxurious onyx basin. As you move up the spacious stairway with the bespoke chandelier, you enter a large open-plan lounge and kitchen on the first floor. Guests can enjoy the modern, fully equipped kitchen which provides all you need for a self-catering stay, including a wine cooler and Ninja Air Fryer.



The fourth bedroom can be found on the first floor along with a separate WC. A lavish arched headboard and smart TV can also be found in this bedroom.



Outside, via one of the downstairs bedrooms is a large privately enclosed patio area with garden furniture and a 7 seater hot tub.



This home is perfect for families, couples and groups exploring Cornwall. Located in the middle of Newquay, with many amenities nearby including restaurants and bars, a cinema, shops and much more. A 5-minute stroll will lead you to Towan Beach, with Fistral Beach less than a mile away, offering you the bliss of seaside paradise. Explore picturesque walks in Newquay and nearby Crantock or venture to popular coastal destinations like Watergate Bay, all within a 4-mile radius.



Beach towels and robes are included, and a travel cot and highchair available on request for younger guests. One allocated parking space is provided. An additional space may be available upon request, subject to availability. Guests can also use EV charger on site.
