These stylish woodland retreats are large family homes and are perfect for group trips. In this listing you will see several homes. Each has its own merits and unique. Newly refurbished, peaceful spacious townhouse designed for families and group of friends to enjoy separate zones of the house. There is a family bathroom with ensuite and, two extra bedrooms. Every kitchen has large doors leading to the outside patio and outside seating area. The kitchen and lounge is joined with large opening and the kitchen has everything you need to make a family meal.

The house is priced so that a couple or contractors can come and stay in this lovely spacious house, however as cleaning and energy costs are prohibitively expensive the other bedrooms will be closed off. So please carefully review bed arrangement or clarify/request bed arrangement before booking.

Please enquire if you are a group of contractors, we can always look and see how we can serve our guests. If booking is made without prior agreement of the bed arrangement stated above is applied and any bed changes will be an extra cost.

Guest access all of the property except for rooms closed off which are not in use. Please see bed arrangement as per the guest number.
Please kindly follow these few rules:
1. No shoes in the carpeted areas
2. Please recycle and empty the content before putting in the recycling bins
3. Please STRIP off bed linen and leave them downstairs on GF
4. Leave trash outside by the bin store
