We're very sorry that the hot tub issue affected your stay and apologise that the property manager did not communicate this better before your arrival. Unfortunately, the repair was not straightforward, and while they hoped topping it up would allow continued use, we appreciate this was disappointing. The property has now been blocked out so the hot tub can undergo the necessary repairs. Thank you also for highlighting the maintenance issues and comments regarding the supplies provided.
