Located in one of the liveliest and most developed areas of the Chamartín district, Prosperidad, a neighbourhood in full growth with an increasingly varied commercial, leisure and gastronomic offering.



The excellent communication of this area to the city centre by bus or the Prosperidad metro station, with a direct line to strategic points such as the Salamanca or Argüelles neighbourhoods, allows for easy and agile travel to any point in Madrid.



The apartment:



This extraordinary apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has capacity for eight people. The cosy living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and offers guests an always pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.



The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a pleasant experience: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a comfortable dining table.



It has three comfortable rooms. Two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Likewise, it has two full bathrooms with a shower, one of them in the main bedroom.



This apartment has WiFi connection in all spaces. It does not have access to the building's private elevator.

Air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
