Villa Dora is a modern sea-view villa with pool, overlooking the Ionian coast of the locality of Torre Vado, surrounded by the typical countryside landscape of southern Puglia. Offering eight sleeps, it is the ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends alike, wishing to spend their holiday in an authentic setting, away from the most touristic localities, but at the same time at only a few-minute drive from some of the most amazing beaches of Salento.
The property has been recently built, but the choice of both materials and colors, as well as such architectural characteristics as the vaults and the arches, in addition to the exteriors, recreate a traditional setting which is one with the surrounding landscape. In the same way, the interiors, styled in a modern and essential decor, comprise several pieces of a more rustic taste, in a creative synthesis made by the local artist and craftsman Albino Montinari that gives a sober yet warm atmosphere to the house.

One gains access to the house through the partially-shaded sea-view patio, provided with an outdoor dining table and a comfortable sitting and relax corner. Inside, the bright living area with star-vaulted ceilings has been conceived as one spacious whole, with a sitting corner with sofas on one side, and the kitchen and dining corner on the other. The latter features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen island and a beautiful eight-seat dining table, and looks outside through a big window to the pool area and the sea at the horizon. Moving on from the living room, a corridor makes way to the night area, that is so composed: on the right, a shower-room followed by a double bedroom; on the left, another double bedroom followed by a second shower-room; straight ahead, the third double bedroom. All bedrooms, decorated with neutral and relaxing hues, have a window overlooking the garden, making them very bright; and the shower-rooms are polished, large and with spacious showers.

Going back to the living room and then outside, one can take the stairs leading to the fourth double bedroom on the rooftop, hence independent and more private, with en-suite shower-room and benefiting also of a shaded patio equipped with a table and with a kitchen corner. From the sunny terrace here you will enjoy an amazing panoramic view all around, down to the sea.

Descending downstairs, one can then step down to the pool area, which is positioned towards the sea and is structured on two levels. There are paved areas around the pool equipped with sun-beds and, in a more detached position, a pergola shaded by reed mats hosting a double sun-bed; while there are also patches of garden with Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers. You will love this space, lounging by the poolside, relaxing in total comfort while taking in the beautiful view of such charming rural setting.
