This delightful 70 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, perfect for guests exploring its enchanting streets.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a gorgeously furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated, each with a queen bed and two single ones respectively, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ericeira is a civil parish and seaside community on the western coast of Portugal, considered the surfing capital of Europe. It is also one of only two European spots in the World Surfing Reserves because of its exceptional coastline conditions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, R 1 de Maio 1, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
