Please note that late check-in after 8 pm, in consultation with your host, may be possible at an extra cost of EUR 30. Late check-in after 10 pm is on request.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. Procedure: After receiving the final reservation confirmation, the payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.

The weekly markets at the "Noordermarkt" are also just around the corner on Saturday and Monday. A lovely area with many things to do and see!

The surroundings are very beautiful with the old canal-houses, old bridges and cobbled streets. It is a joy to walk around the narrow streets and canals and enjoy all this beauty. Located from only a 10-minute walking distance from the Westerpark where you can relax, walk and enjoy nature.

The main entrance of the apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs.

This apartment has a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment. There is a large dining table in living area near the kitchen.

There is also a separate seating area near the large front window. Furthermore the apartment features a large double bed the bedroom. There is nice terrace adjacent to the kitchen with a table and chairs.

We could also provide a "Parking space" in a private parking garage for only €30,00 per day!
