Marina Vista Sol is a recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 in one of the iconic buildings on the front line of the Vilamoura Marina, with an incredible location and fantastic views, is the perfect apartment for your stay in Vilamoura. With unspoilt marina views from almost all of its rooms, and at the very heart of marina life, the apartment is a short 5-minute walk to the Praia da Marina beach, a 10-minute walk to Praia da Falesia and a short walk to all of the other amenities that Vilamoura has to offer including supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, taxis, banks, post office, etc.
The stylishly decorated apartment has one full sized air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed that opens onto its own terrace, as well as small bedroom with a single bed that is perfect for a child.
The living area is an open spaced, living and dining area with an open kitchen and a front terrace directly over the marina, with chairs and a small ding table for savouring marina life. There is a sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate an extra child and a dining table and chairs for 4. High speed unlimited internet is provided as well as a television with over 100 channels in various languages.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge /freezer, oven, micro-wave oven, stove-top and dishwasher as well as all the necessary appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and several other small kitchen appliances as well as all the necessary cookware for the preparation of meals.
Even the spacious bath with a large shower has its own marina view!
The apartment is very bright and has been renovated with the highest quality doors and windows for the best possible thermal and acoustic insulation and is outfitted with black out shades and electronically controlled black-out blinds.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a building with only 3 other apartments and has an intercom system to open the building´s front door, the upper floors accessible by stairs only (no lift).
