Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern in der privaten Wohnanlage der Eden Villas ist aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Lage und der nahe gelegenen Einrichtungen - direkt im Zentrum von Vilamoura - ideal für Familien und Golfer.
Die Villa ist Teil der exklusiven Eden Villas-Wohnanlage und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Supermärkten (5 Minuten) entfernt. Die preisgekrönte Marina und die wunderschönen Strände sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (30 Gehminuten) entfernt.
Genießen Sie das Sommerwetter an der Algarve und entspannen Sie auf den bereitgestellten Sonnenliegen rund um den Salzwasserpool innerhalb des Komplexes, inmitten wunderschöner alter Bäume, Gärten und umgeben von Grasflächen.
Jüngere Gäste können das spezielle Kinderbecken nutzen, während die Sicherheit der privaten Wohnanlage mit Überwachungskameras und Sicherheitspatrouille dafür sorgt, dass die Kinder sicher spielen können.
Die Villa ist komplett möbliert und mit einer Stranddekoration ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer und zwei moderne Badezimmer und bietet bequem Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was die Gäste für einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Der große, offene Wohn- / Essbereich (für 6 Personen) verfügt über einen modernen 4D-Fernseher mit Kabel-TV, ein Sofa (das in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann) und führt auf eine große Grillterrasse, die sich ideal zum Essen im Freien eignet (Weber BBQ +) Hängematte). Auf dieser Ebene gibt es auch ein modernes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche.
Im ersten Stock verfügt das große Hauptschlafzimmer über ein bequemes Queensize-Bett und einen Balkon mit Blick über den Garten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und auch einen Balkon. Es gibt ein sehr geräumiges, brandneues und modernes Badezimmer mit Annehmlichkeiten und Haartrockner.

Die Gäste werden mit einem Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt. Kostenloses Wifi in der Villa und auch am Poolbereich. Während der Sommermonate gibt es eine Bar am Pool mit Getränken und leichten Mahlzeiten, die den ganzen Tag geöffnet sind. Die Salzwasserpools (Erwachsene und Kinder) sind einwandfrei gepflegt.

Beautiful Spot in Vilamoura

Beautiful condo in Vilamoura within a short walk (20 minutes)to the Vilamoura marina. Perfect property for a family of four. Quiet neighbourhood which was perfect for our family. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very pleasant stay

Super clean house in very nice gated community. Poolbar offers great snacks, though kitchen at the house is very well equipped. Pool site is also very clean and was not too busy. All in, very recommendable house!

Villamoura Holiday Let

Property was well maintained, clean, everything provided for self catering. Very quiet area, bus stop nearby. Spar shops short walk away. Vilamoura Marina approximately 20-30 minute walk where there are plenty of eateries and bars. Communication with owners extremely good. We used Uber service to travel to Loule, Faro and Albufeira.

Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. The bathrooms seemed new and very clean. Bedrooms were well set out for us. We made use of the kitchen and found it to be pretty well stocked for appliances and cooking utensils. Couldn't fault the communication with the owner. Thank-you for having us in your home!

Fantastic accommodation

The accommodation was excellent, high quality finish with 2 very modern bathrooms and kitchen. There was everything you needed in the accommodation. It is in a secure gated community with a lovely pool and cafe which served great snacks and drinks. It has easy access to local supermarkets and restaurants and easy access to Vilamoura harbour. The communication from the owner/agent was exceptional from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful location and wondeful hosts

The house is very nice and very tastefully decorated. You see, that this was worked with much love to make the guests as pleasant as possible. We have never had such an attentive person. (Alda & Hernani) The complex (Eden) is well done and the Pools is fine. There is also a pool bar serving food and drinks The location Vilamoura is nice, the beaches are clean and wide open. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. You have the whole Algarve for discovering. This was not the last Stay at this location Conny & Andreas

Family holiday Summer 2019

First impressions of this property were excellent. Very clean and it had everything you could hope for. The outside terrace with the BBQ was a fabulous area to sit in the sun and have a nice drink. The kids particularly enjoyed the hammock! The complex is fully secure with a security guard on all night in a gated community which was great so we could let the kids play happily. The complex is beautifully kept, very clean with a lovely pool area and snack bar which served the nicest crepes and fresh orange juice! The villa is within walking distance to the marina (about 20-30 mins depending on how fast you are walking but it is a lovely stroll down through the park on an evening). There are 2 supermarkets within easy reach plus a couple of nice restaurants which were nice if you wanted a break from the marina (the kids loved Pizza Loco!). You can catch the road train during the day (outside the complex) which we used to get to the beach and back a couple of times which we found very useful. Everyone around the pool were very helpful with lots of local knowledge and the kids made some good friends around the pool. Alda who owns the property was very helpful with the few questions we had and helped us with the local knowledge we needed. All in all a very good holiday and we would definitely return in the future.

Very nice stay in Vilamoura

Very nice property and the owners are very easy to deal with. Hernani was always ready to offer advice on trips, beaches or restaurants etc which is very useful when new to the area. The house is in a gated community which is very secure and quiet. Communal pool which was very good and also very quiet when we stayed. Sun beds available around the pool but no cushions so would have to provide your own if needed. It is located around a 30 minute walk to the Marina, but there are loads of taxis and Uber to transfer if needed and not too expensive. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and quiet Aircon throughout. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. Large TV in living area with lots of channels to choose from. Great WiFi available. Kitchen is excellent with all you need for cooking. Overall the property is excellent and if you prefer a quiet stay then this is the place. If you prefer to be close to the action and hustle bustle then it might be a little far out from the main centre of vilamoura. Very enjoyable stay overall and would recommend.

Beautiful villa in quiet neighborhood

Lovely house, very clean, comfortable beds and every utensil you would need. Quiet gated development with a lovely pool. Some nice local restaurants but we either walked to the old village (20 minutes) or walked into the marina (35-40 mins). Host was very accommodating and visited on the second day to make sure we had settled in and had everything we need.

Perfect mini break

Had a fab time at this villa. Property was spotless with everything you would need for a short stay. The villa is less than 10 mins drive away from the marina which is where we spent most of our evenings. A small supermarket is only a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

A perfect stay with perfect hosts.

On arrival we were very happy to find a spotlessly clean tastefully decorated light and airy house. A well-equipped kitchen even though we didn’t cook during our stay it is nice to have the choice had we been there longer. A clean modern bathroom is always appreciated and we weren’t disappointed as both bathrooms were new ‘hotel’ style with walk-in wet room style showers with great water pressure - fluffy white towels also provided!. The beds were very comfortable, our daughters input for the second bedroom was she would have liked to have had a mirror and drawers. The location was perfect about a 25-minute walk to the marina or 3e in an uber. To the west of the marina is the lovely not too busy Falesia beach with sandstone cliffs and miles of golden sand, if you go early morning when the tide is out you can walk close to the water and hardly see another person. We also went for a day trip to Tavira about 40 mins east algarve – very different from Vilamoura area it is a fishing town with wonderful Moorish architecture lots of cobbled streets lined with houses tiled in traditional Portuguese style. Lastly and certainly not least is the attention we received from the owners Alda and Hernani from first booking to leaving they could not have been more helpful giving lots of tips and advice. Hernani was especially good on restaurant recommendations making sure we had a variety of restaurants serving good food each night. This was a wonderful stay and look forward to returning and staying longer next time.

Nice Villa

Really enjoyed our stay in Eden Villa, property was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you require. Grounds were spotless and the pool and pool bar was well maintained and a welcome break from the warm weather. location of the Villa is excellent not too close to the Marina but not to far 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes in a taxi. would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday

Beautiful Villa

The owner Alda stayed in contact with us from the original booking right through to the end of the holiday with great tips and help, any questions we had were answered immediately, we have never experienced hospitality like it tbh, the property is pretty much 5 star, beautifully furnished with a very modern feel, there are 2 wet room showers, a smart TV, a hammock on the patio which was frequently used by all of us. There's a shared pool in the complex which is very nice especially the sun terrace where you can go for a chill, also there is a snack bar which opens from 10 am.The villa is 5 mins walk from a couple of restaurants, bar and supermarket, the marina is 30 mins walk away, which is a lovely stroll in the evening or 5 euros in a taxi, I'd go back like a shot!!

BRILLIANT HOLIDAY THANKS TO ALDI AND HERNANI

This was a truly excellent property, from the excellent facilities to the pools to the security. But the best feature of all was the friendly welcome and all the help and support provided by Aldi and Hernani. We had everything we needed, provided within the villa, including a cot bed and child safety gate for our grand-daughter. When we left behind our pram at the airport, Aldi came up trumps and provided a replacement, which helped us in so may ways during our week in Quarteira, We already love the Algarve and we have found our perfect base for future visits to the area. Loved every minute of our stay.
