This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with private rooftop and sunny terrace – the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!
Welcome to this spacious and beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment, featuring an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, and a convenient additional WC. Located on the first floor and accessed via an external staircase, the apartment boasts a stunning southwest-facing terrace with built-in BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying panoramic views of the lush landscaped gardens.
The well-maintained communal gardens include a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, green open spaces, and charming water features, all surrounded by mature tropical plants and trees. Free parking is located directly in front of the apartment, offering easy and direct access – especially handy for unloading groceries or luggage.

We are a happy couple, with 3 children, who have lived in Portugal for nearly 20 years. We have always had a taste for property and have purchased and renovated many properties over the years. My husband is British and I'm originally from Moldova. We have a couple of properties that we let for holiday rentals and while this supplements our income, we have a passion to ensure that anyone using our apartments has a secure, clean and pleasant base in which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. We pride ourselves on making sure the apartments are exactly what holidaymakers expect and our goal is to ensure they are delighted and hopefully leave a perfect review.

We have travelled all over Portugal but have always found our heart to be in Vilamoura and the central Algarve area. This is because it really has it all. Both in terms of sophisticated international desires and the family-orientated Portuguese way of life. Vilamoura's marina is a world beater, its beaches are golden and clean, and the golf is second to none. Vilamoura is predominantly flat so it is easy for walking and cycling. Whereas other locations are hilly or overdeveloped or a little rundown, Vilamoura is self-run - ensuring ongoing investment in infrastructure and amenities. It appeals to families and couples and that's why so many people return or stay for good, like us!

This is a large one-bedroom apartment that is more like a house. What we don't like is an apartment where you have to park far away and spend ten minutes in an elevator before you reach your front door. Try doing that with BBQ coal and bottles of water? Here you can park outside and reach your front door in 30 seconds. Then, once home, you have an extremely large one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished, with - most importantly - two sunny terraces; one off the lounge and an even bigger private roof terrace. The condominium has beautiful gardens with fountains, grass areas and a stunning pool. A gentle walk takes you to bars, shops and restaurants. There really isn't anything comparable with this apartment in terms of its peaceful location, size, sunny exposition and quality condominium. We hope you will agree!
