The house comprises a large living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen of around 80 m². Its large 6-meter bay window gives you a postcard view of the village of Faucon and the first mountains of the Drôme Provençale.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Bedrooms include
- bedroom 1: one 140 x 200 cm bed
- bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: 2 beds 90 x 200 cm
- bedroom 5: 2 beds 90 cm and 1 bunk bed 90 x 200 cm
The 90 cm beds can be separated or grouped as required. Bedrooms are equipped with dressing rooms.
There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Linen is provided. This includes:
- Bath towels
- Hand towels
- Bed linen: sheets and comforters
- Tea towels and hand towels

Shower gel and hand-wash gel are provided. These are made in a local soap factory.
Hairdryers are available in each bathroom.

- The 45 m² terrace features two tables and 12 armchairs. It is sheltered from the sun by shade sails. You'll have a direct view of the pool.
-Garden furniture: enjoy an aperitif under the oak trees with a view of the village.
- The swimming pool with its relaxation area: deckchairs and loungers are available.
- Petanque court: enjoy a game of bowls in the shade of the oak trees.
- parking for 4 cars. A type 2 16 A recharging point is available on request (electricity will be charged extra).
For babies:
On request (at no extra charge) a changing table, cot, high chair, bathtub, bed sheet, baby towel, stroller, bottle drainer, can be made available.
