Da Nenè Apartment by Wonderful Italy
Lovely apartment on the ground floor, in the wonderful town of Ostuni, excellent starting point for discovering the Valle D'Itria.
The entrance opens onto the hallway that leads to the various rooms. The living area consists of a sitting room with a sofa and a TV, and an independent kitchen equipped with an oven, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a twin with a queen-size bed, and a triple with a queen-size bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The building also has a central cavity exploited for lighting where the washing machine is located.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
Brindisi and Bari airports are respectively 35 and 80 minutes away by car.
